Air Canada has taken delivery of its first A220-300 out of an order of 45 aircraft.  Canada’s national carrier will become the first airline to operate the A220-300 in North America.  The Airbus A220 is a family of narrow-body, twin-engine, medium-range jet airliners.  Designed and originally marketed by Bombardier Aerospace, it is now marketed by Airbus and built by the joint venture Airbus Canada Limited Partnership.  Unit cost from US$ 81,000,000.
