Simone Biles Historic Triple-Double
Simone Biles is the first woman in history to land a triple double. Watch her floor routine at the 2019 U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City.
The move involves three full twists and two full flips before landing, and was executed on the first
tumbling pass of her floor routine.
Still only 22, Simone Biles is already regarded as one of the greatest gymnasts of all time.
She won five Olympic medals at the 2016
Summer Games in Rio (4 gold) and has her sights set
on gold again at Tokyo 2020.
