Pilot William Mahoney had to perform a perfect vertical landing on USS Bataan, after his AV-8B Harrier aircraft experienced a front landing gear malfunction.

After he took off from the deck of the USS Bataan, the pilot realized he had a gear malfunction.  He slowed down and flew above the ship at 2,000 feet, asking the control tower for help.  What follows is a perfect landing without nosegear!
