Google Netherlands Launches The Self-Driving Bicycle
Google is introducing the self-driving bicycle in Amsterdam, the world’s premier cycling city, on April 1.
The Dutch cycle more than any other nation in the world, almost 560 miles (900 km) per year per person.
With a population of 17 million, this amounts to over 15 billion kilometres annually.
The self-driving bicycle enables safe navigation through the city for Amsterdam residents, and advances Google’s goal to improve urban mobility with technology.
Google Netherlands is proud to be once again on the forefront of technology.
