In a bizarre TV moment, the large bird stole the show on the Channel Nine News in Melbourne. It walked across a projection of a cityscape, appearing massively magnified and mildly terrifying. But newsreader Peter Hitchener stayed professional and carried on telling viewers about the latest news. He later admitted to a radio station he spotted the studio cameramen hiding to disguise their laughter.
