It can go 115 mph on the ground, where it gets 53 mpg, and 55 mph in the air with a range of 200 nautical miles.  The original Skyrunner prototype successfully completed its inaugural flight in 2009 with an incredible journey from the picturesque surroundings of London to Tombouctou.  The 42-day expedition travelled through France, Spain and Morocco, and then across the Sahara by way of Mauritania and Mali, before returning home via Senegal - an intrepid maiden voyage of some 6000 km.   SkyRunner, the dune buggy that can fly, is expected to hit the market later this year.  Price: $119,000
