Location: Portsmouth Abbey School, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, USA.  The wind turbine generates 1.3 million kWh of clean electricity and supplies 39.35 percent of the School's electrical energy use.  The man is a Benedictine monk from the school who takes students up to the top of the windmill when the weather is nice, and who goes up there a lot in the summer to pray and reflect.
