The video has commonly circulated with a low quality audio track, here it was replaced by a better version.  NOTE: The image defects are of origin, possibly product of a bad transfer to VHS from where this video was ripped.  In the video we can see Bob singing and jamming with Mark Knopfler, Mick Taylor, Alan Clark, Robbie Shakespeare and Sly Dunbar.  Most likely the video was filmed in the same studio where the 'Infidels' sessions took place:  Studio A – Power Station at BerkleeNYC, Manhattan.  In this song it is remarkable the verse "You know, it's not even safe no more in the palace of the Pope", which refers to the attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II in May of 1981.
Personnel: Bob Dylan - Vocals and Guitar  Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits) - Guitar  Alan Clark (Dire Straits) - Keyboard  Mick Taylor (briefly part of The Rolling Stones) - Guitar  Robbie Shakespeare (Sly and Robbie) - Bass Guitar  Sly Dunbar (Sly and Robbie) - Drums.
