Patrik Wallner, Laurence Keefe and Kirill Korobkov are skateboarding professionals from the US, who managed to visit North Korea on a short and strictly guided tour in 2012.  Their intention was to do some skateboarding, but they were only able to actually ride around for a few minutes before they were told to stop by security.
