Zeppy is a helium-filled balloon airship that's just a little heavier heavier than air. The pilot pedal-powers two propellers that operate on a tilting axis; take-off is achieved with the propellers in a horizontal alignment. Stephane Rousson inflates its airship so they weight together only one kilogram. If he does not pedal, it will go down slowly. Zeppy can fly "only" 15 km/h - it is safer to "ride" with wind speeds of less than 10 km/h.
