Jeremy Clarkson heads out on to the Top Gear test track in a new British supercar, the sensationally fast (and expensive) Noble M600.

The M600 has a Volvo-based Yamaha 4.4-liter DOHC twin-turbo V8 producing 650 HP with a top speed of 225 mph. The 2,800 pound 1,250 kg supercar can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 3 seconds flat and require only another 3 seconds to achieve 100 mph. It competes in the same category as the Ferrari F430. The British supercar will cost around £200,000. Only 50 will be made annually. The Noble posted an impressive time of 1:17.7 around the Top Gear Test Track with The Stig behind the wheel. The M600 was the fourth-fastest behind the Gumpert Apollo, Ascari KZ A10 and Koenigsegg CCX. It beat the Bugatti EB 16.4 Veyron and the Pagani Zonda Roadster F in lap times around the Top Gear test track.   Wikipedia Noble Automotive
