Built around a Lotus Elise, the "Rinspeed Squba" is a concept car that can be driven on land, on water and underwater and has zero emissions. It debuted at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show. The original idea was inspired by the 1977 James Bond film "The Spy Who Loved Me." The car's top speed is 120 km/h (75 mph) land, 6 km/h (3.7 mph) on the water and 3 km/h (1.9 mph) underwater. The vehicle's interior is water and salt resistant so that it can be driven in the ocean.
