Definitions: mesocyclone: a rapidly rotating air mass within a thunderstorm that often gives rise to a tornado.
EF3 Damage: The EF scale (Enhanced Fujita scale) rates the strength of tornadoes in the United States based on the damage they cause. At EF3 the wind speed is 136–165 mph (219–266 km/h) - EF4 is 166–200 mph (267–322 km/h).
Conger: a city in Minnesota.   Supercell: A thunderstorm that is characterized by the presence of a mesocyclone.
For this reason, these storms are sometimes referred to as rotating thunderstorms.
Note: The video was shot at 30 fps, and then sped up four times. When it's sped up, four frames are blended into one. This 4x video was sped up another four times, the frames blended again. The result is very smooth.
