Pythons are nonvenomous snakes found in Africa, Asia and Australia.  In the USA, an introduced population of Burmese pythons has existed in the Everglades National Park since the late 1990s.  Pythons can grow to be more than 20 feet (6 meters) long.  They use their sharp backward-curving teeth to grasp prey which is then killed by constriction.
